Inside the book is a handwritten message: "Merry Xmas to Calvin from Evalyn 1931. We obtained this book from an estate sale among other vintage antique books. Classic book to add to a collectors book collection. Inside the book is a hand drawn piece of paper that the owner must have drawn. The outside paper cover is in pieces but is also included and tucked inside the book. Considering the age of the book it is in good readable condition. The pages have turned yellow from age. The binding is still good and holding the book together.
