Made to give you smooth skin with natural ingredients. Wet your skin in the shower or bath with warm to hot water. Apply to your skin and rub in circular motion all over your body. You want to gently exfoliate your skin. You do not need to try to rub your skin off with a lot of force. Gentle is key. The last thing you want to do with your skin is over-exfoliate.
