This item appears to be handmade and vintage. We obtained this item at an estate sale among other vintage items. The frame has scuffmarks Looks like a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dog. Measures 8"x6.5". The bottom corner looks like it has a dark mark on the tan cross stitch background. See photos.
