A vintage McCoy pottery planter. The white and brown spotted Scottie dog is jumping to get to the cat. The cat is on a stone wall by the spinning wheel. The backside shows the details of the stonewall wall with two openings for plants. The original teether is missing from the dog. I believe it is from the 1950's. It looks great for its age. I didn't see any cracks or chips. 7 inches in height and 7.5 inches in length.
Since we are located in Ohio I love all things Ohio. Roseville is east of Columbus, ,Ohio near Zanesville. The area is known for their pottery. There is so much detail in this piece. The dog has his front legs on top a box that looks like a locked suitcase with the letters R S.
