So, picture this: you're browsing through our website, eBay, or Etsy, and you stumble upon a product that catches your eye. You think to yourself, "This is it! This is the one I've been looking for!" You click on it, ready to make it yours, only to find out that it's already been sold. Bummer, right?

Why Does This Happen?

Well, here's the scoop: we sell our products on multiple platforms to reach as many awesome customers like you as possible. Sometimes, a product may sell out on one platform before we have a chance to remove it from the others. It's like a game of musical chairs, but with products instead of seats. (And no one likes to be left standing!)

Our Apologies

We totally get how frustrating it can be to have your heart set on something only to find out it's no longer available. We're really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. It's like planning a picnic and then realizing you forgot the sandwiches – a major letdown.

What Can We Do?

We never charge your card on our website until we know for sure it's in stock. That's one one we try to not let you down. We don't have that option on eBay and Etsy but we quickly refund on those platforms. We try our best to get sold items unavailable as fast as they sell but we aren't always quick enough. We know it's like someone popped your balloon and we are sorry if this has happened to you!
