Moisturizing face mask for dry skin is quick and easy to make at home.
You face a lot of elements everyday.
The sun, wind and pollution are some of the elements you have to face everyday. Just a few extra minutes a day can help you face harsh elements and reverse the effects they have on your face. You can create your own face mask at home in a matter of minutes with ingredients you have on hand in your kitchen.
We make a Dry Skin Face Face Serum and one of our favorite ingredients is olive oil. Most of us have olive oil on hand and it's perfect for your skin, dry skin especially. We use olive oil in our dry skin face serum because it's a heavier oil perfect for dry skin types. We infuse ours with organic chamomile. You don't have to do that but the extra step makes a nice oil for your skin.
What you'll need for your DIY moisturizing face mask for dry skin.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 avocado, ripen, soften and peeled
- 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. You can save any leftovers in your refrigerator for a few days. Try to use up rather quickly since you're using fresh ingredients. Use your fingers and rub all over your face and neck in a circular motion. You don't want to get it too close to your eyes. Massage a thin layer all over and let it on for a few minutes. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry. You can then apply your favorite face serum to your freshly washed face.
It's that easy to make your own moisturizing face mask for dry skin.
