Chickenmash Farm is sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, rent or share this information in anyway.

However, We reserve the right to disclose your personal identifiable information as required by law to protect our rights and/or to comply with judicial proceedings, court order or legal process served on our company.

Ordering
We request information from the user on our order form. We use this information such as billing name, address, and email for the purpose contacting you if needed regarding your order. We collect shipping address for the purpose of mailing out your order. We collect credit card information for the purpose of collecting monies owed to process order. We collect email address for the purpose of sending your order information. This does not automatically subscribe you to our email newsletters.

Newsletter
A user may choose to subscribe to our newsletter and opt out at anytime. Each newsletter has an “opt out” button at the bottom for your convenience. Again, we do not sell, rent or share this information in anyway.

Cookies
A cookie is a stored piece of data on the users hard drive that may contain information about the user. We use cookies to enhance your shopping experience. Chickenmash Farm uses cookies to place and store items in the shopping cart. We also use cookies to help us identify who is finding our site and what search engines used. Cookies enable us to track visitors by search engine url, ip address and time zone. It does not identify personal identifiable information. We use this information to identify trends, administer site, and see what search engines are picking us up and what key words are being used to find us on the web.

Hosting Company
Chickenmash Farm uses an internet hosting company. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information.

Links 
Chickenmash Farm website contains links to other companies other than Chickenmash Farm. They may sell our products in their own retail store. Our store locator page is for your convenience to find our products at a location near you. The practices of the other sites are not connected with Chickenmash Farm and you would need to read their policies. Our privacy policy pertains to Chickenmash Farm only.

Security
Chickenmash Farm takes every precaution to protect our customers/users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website their information is protected both online and off-line. All sensitive information provided on our order form is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry.

Return Policy

If you receive a package that is broken or damaged, please contact us right away so we can contact UPS/USPS.

You will need the original box and packaging for UPS/USPS inspection. UPS will come and pick up the package for inspection from you and as soon as we receive the forms from UPS/USPS delivery service, we will process your replacement or refund.

Due to the natural aspect of our products each product is handmade, so we cannot refund or issue credit due to color variation/texture.

We will review potential returns on a case by case basis, in the instance where a product is not exhibiting normal variances.

We want to do what is fair for you and us so please feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns or comments you may have. We offer a 15 day return policy. Item must be returned in the same condition it was received. Request an RMA number before returning an item. RMA number must be visible on your return label and include the RMA on the inside of the package.  We do NOT offer free returns. Buyer is responsible for purchasing a return shipping label. 

Shipping & Handling 

We ship UPS and USPS. Your shipping cost is based on by weight and location. You can add items to your cart and see your calculated rate.  

We cannot have UPS packages shipped to a Post Office Box so always give a street address and/or delivery instructions for the UPS driver. If you want your package shipped to a Post Office Box we will use U.S. Mail.

Please remember there are shipping & handling charges on every order regardless of size. You can save by planning ahead and ordering more at one time. Chickenmash Farm does not pay for return shipping. If you request a return or refund and it has been approved the refund will not include shipping and handling charges. If you are returning an item  a refund will not be issued until the item is received in the same condition as when we sent it. 

Once your package has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

USPS Ground Advantage Shipping Making a claim for an undelivered package will be covered. However, the US mail will not cover the cost if they show the package was delivered or if the package is late. They will not guarantee on-time delivery. If your package is late the US Mail will not refund the money therefore, we do not refund the shipping charges if your package does not arrive on time. 

UPS Shipping option is covered up to $100 and is our preferred and safest option for packages. It is usually the most expensive option but UPS stands behind their deliveries. Filing a claim is much easier and getting refunded is a faster process. We also offer UPS Post which is a slower delivery time but often times a least expensive option. 

We leave the shipping option up to you. Pick whichever option fits your needs and gives you the most peace of mind.
