Victoria Collectibles was founded in 1976. The hands, head and feet are porcelain. The body is soft bodied. This mouse figurine is 16 inches tall to the top of the hat. This clown figurine has a mouse head and human hands. We obtained this item from an estate sale. It is previously owned in used condition. The hat and coat have some stains. I do not see any chips, cracks or tears. This item is a collector's piece and not intended for children under 8 years old. Needs cleaned. The hang tag has a price sticker on the front and is stained.
