Vintage Napcoware White Provincial Small Dish Basin

Small white Napcoware dish. 

White provincial dish. I believe this is a part of a two piece set that goes with a small pitcher. It measures 5.5" across the widest part. The bottom has a Napcoware sticker and the number 8583 stamped on the bottom. We obtained this item from an estate sale. This item is previously owned.
