TY Beanie Baby Scaly the Lizard 1999

Scaly the lizard's birthdate and retirement date all happened in1999. 

Scaly is an olive green lizard covered in a dark yellow scale pattern. He has gold and black lizard-style eyes, red stitched nostrils and a bright red tongue. He is approximately 10 inches in length.
