Welsh Dresser China Cabinet.

Vintage pre-owned teapot. Beautiful light brown maple color with a blue painted cat on top the cabinet. White dishes with red and blue accents. 9 inches in length by 8 inches height. The end of the spout has a chip. Please see photos. That is the only flaw noticed when examining this piece.  This item was obtained from an estate sale among many other teapots.
