Shipping and Handling

We ship via UPS and USPS. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and location at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Domestic Standard Shipping on orders over $59. Free shipping orders are fulfilled via our most economical carrier.
  • Carrier Options: UPS is our preferred and safest option, covered up to $100 and offering easier claims for lost packages. USPS Ground Advantage covers undelivered packages but does not guarantee on-time delivery or cover packages marked as "delivered."
  • Delivery Addresses: UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you require delivery to a P.O. Box, please select U.S. Mail at checkout.

Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives broken, please contact us immediately. You must keep the original box and packaging for carrier inspection.
  • Natural Variations: Because our products are handmade, we cannot issue refunds due to natural variations in color or texture. We review potential returns on a case-by-case basis.
  • Process: Please contact us to request an RMA number before returning an item. This number must be visible on your return label.
  • Return Shipping: We do not offer free returns; the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
