Possible German boy figurine. 

We obtained this item from an estate sale among many other antique figurines many of which were German. This boy figurine has on a baby blue shirt with the same color boots. He has on a yellow hat and tie around his waste. He has on pink knickers with a matching feather on his hat. He is against a tree stump. Blond hair, blue eyes and rosy cheeks.
